SweetSommer's spring water is all natural just the way Mother nature intended.

People have visited Sweet Springs, WV since the mid 1700's from all over the world. Royalty and common man alike have come to Sweet Springs for the healing waters of the naturally carbonated mineral springs and naturally fresh and pure still spring water.

SweetSommer natural spring water is so fresh and pure we had to bottle is so others could enjoy this natural phenomenon. The outstanding water is gravity fed from the pristine aquifer located deep in Peters Mountain directly to the bottling plant on the "Old Sweet Springs" Resort property. There it is tested to insure the purity and quality and filtered to remove any particulates but none of the natural minerals Mother Nature placed there.

Since 1876 when August Kunstman Damm arrived from Alsace and began brewing Estrella Damm, it has become a premium quality beer, a 'star' to the people of Barcelona. (Estrella - Spanish for 'Star')

Estrella Damm, a pilsner style pale lager, is a two time Gold Medal winner of the World Beer Championship. It has become a brand icon throughout Spain and holds seventy-five percent share in Barcelona and surrounding territory.

Old Dominion Brewing Company, the Washington, DC area's first microbrewery, was established in 1989 with a single vision - to make fresh, full-bodied beers of the highest quality. Almost twenty years (and hundreds of thousands of barrels) later, the objective remains passionately intact.

Dominion brews a full range of hand-crafted Lagers, Ales and Stouts. These beers are made with the four basic ingredients: barley malt, hops, yeast and water. Adjuncts and preservatives are never used and the beer is never pasteurized.

Dominion Lager

 Brewed using German Pilsner malt, Munich Carapils and Caramel malts. Combining hops from Washington State and Central Europe, this lager becomes a smooth, flavorful and complex beer that is a delight to drink. The balanced taste of Dominion Lager really tastes great with just about anything: Pizza, wings, burgers, steak. It marries well with Mexican food, venison, pulled pork barbeque as well as sausages like bratwurst or chorizo.

Dominion Ale

Brewed in an English style with American Two-Row Pale, Caramel and Black malts. This ale is malty with an assertive hop character dominated by aromatic Kent Golding hops. The result is a beautiful crystal clear amber color with medium body. Great with steak - New York Strip, filet mignon or a juicy burger, pizza and other Italian dishes. Try it with some onion rings.

Oak Barrel Stout

A delicious blend of heavy roasted malt flavor from the stout and the sweet bourbon with an overlay of vanilla making for a very complex beer. A beer connoisseur's favorite. Dominion Pale Ale

A rich, red ale made in the American Pale Ale style. This pale ale has a strong hop character, medium body, dry finish and floral aroma. It can hold its own with strong flavors like spicy chicken dishes, Thai food and is delicious with seafood from the grill.
