Danger. Zombies. 5k Run!

How does it work? Escape the undead as a human, or chase humans as a zombie and turn them into zombies by taking their life! As a human, you'll have a 90 seconds head start, and you'll attempt not to be killed by any zombie. Your life will hang as a ribbon on your back. If you are killed, volunteers along the course will stand by with buckets of fake blood ready to zombiefy you. As a zombie, you'll attempt to chase and kill as many humans as possible by stealing the ribbon (life) on their backs. The zombie withe the most kills will win. As a deluxe zombie, you'll be zombiefied by make up artists on site before the start.

Location: The Start/Finish location is located on the Historic Downtown Mall.
Start Time: 8:30am
Registration: Online registration closes on Thursday before the race. Race day registration is available from 7am until 8am at the starting line.
Packet pickup: Sunday, October 28th, from 7am until 8am at the starting line.
